Hi Nimisha!


National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - NEET 2019 has been conducted successfully on May 5, across India. The examination authority, National Testing Agency (NTA) re-conducted the NEET UG exam for Odisha, Karnataka and Siliguri aspirants on May 20, 2019.


The documents which had to be carried by medical aspirants on the D-day were:


  • NEET admit card

  • Valid ID proof - PAN card/Driving License/Voter ID/Passport/Aadhaar Card/Ration Card or any other valid IDs issued by the government

  • Two passport size photographs (as used in application form)


Now, the official answer key and OMR sheet of NEET 2019 has been released and students can challenge it till June 2 only by paying Rs. 1000 through credit/debit cards or net banking.

NTA will declare the NEET results 2019 on or before June 5, in the form of score cards. The cutoff marks equivalent to cutoff percentile will also be announced by the authority. Only candidates securing the minimum qualifying percentiles will be considered qualified in the NEET entrance exam.

should we taken aadhar cardto xm or not


Hi Nimisha,

You will be required to carry only your Admit Card and your additional photograph. Any other items will not be allowed within the Examination hall.


  • BARRED ITEMS: The candidates are NOT allowed to carry the following items inside the examination centre under any circumstances.
(a) Any stationery item like textual material (printed or written), bits of papers, Geometry/Pencil Box, Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Pen, Scale, Writing Pad, Pen Drives, Eraser, Calculator, Log Table, Electronic Pen/Scanner etc.
(b) Any communication device like Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Health Band etc.
(c) Other items like Wallet, Goggles, Handbags, Belt, Cap etc.
(d) All ornaments like Ring, Earrings, Nose-pin, Chain/Necklace, Pendants, Badge and Brooch etc.
(e) Any Watch/Wrist Watch, Bracelet, Camera, etc.
(f) Any metallic item
(g) Any eatable item opened or packed, water bottle etc.
(h) Any other item which could be used for unfairmeans, for hiding communication devices like camera, Bluetooth device etc.

No arrangement will be made at the centres for keeping any articles/items belonging to the candidates. In case any candidate is found in possession of any of the barred items inside the centre, it will be considered as use of unfair means and action will be taken against the candidate in accordance with the relevant provisions.

  • DRESS CODE: The candidates are instructed to follow the following dress code  while appearing for NEET(UG):
(a) Light clothes with half sleeves not having big buttons, brooch/badge, flower etc. with Salwar/Trouser.
(b) Slippers, sandals with low heels and not the shoes.  In case, candidates are coming in customary dress for appearing in the examination, they should report at least an hour before the last reporting time i.e. 9.30 AM, so that they could be frisked properly.

Adhar card???

Aadhar card is taken in case your name is written wrong on the admit card or there is some other error or else according to the NEET INFORMATION bulletin, there is no need to carry Aadhar Card.

CBSE released the information brochure for 2018. All details are mentioned in that brochure. CBSE followed very strict rules for the examination hall. Candidates ensure that not carry any material or document which is prohibited in the examination hall. Here I am providing you thethings which you should carry on NEET UG 2018 Exam Day:

  • Photograph:Candidate need to carry a passport size photograph which will affixed on attendance sheet. It is advised that carry multiple photograph but photograph should be same as Application form.
  • Admit Card:Candidate must carryAdmit Card. If you will not have admit card then you will have not permitted to enter in the examination hall.
  • Aadhaar Card:Candidate need to carry Aadhaar card as identity proof. Candidates from Andhra Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Telangana can carry Ration card or any ID proof. Candidates who belongs to NRIs, PIOs, Foreign National and OCIs must carry Passport Number.
