what will be my category for COUNSELING for nits if I have cleared jee main but in jee adv i fail to upload obc CERTIFICATE on the portal???

While filling the form it is asked from you to upload the caste certificate. Even if you have failed to do so,you can simply login through your credentials and do so.If this does not work, do not worry. About your other query, your category will still show as OBC as it was filled in the registration form.
