According to your score your AIR should be around 10.5k-11.5k depending on last years cutoffs.

As for category rank it would be difficult to predict since it depends on the number of students under your category and the category qualifying marks as well as the all india cutoff trend.

So inorder to know the category rank i suppose you need to wait till the neet results are out.
