Hello there,
According to the formula, [100-80.89*869010/100], your All India Rank is 166067 approximately, where 80.89 is your percentile and 869010 is the total number of candidates who appeared for JEE Main Jan session. Since you belong to the SC category, your category rank will be 16447 approximately. With this rank, you can get many good colleges.

80.89 percentile means your expected rank would be (100-80.89) x (869010/100) i.e. 1,66,067. Now if the number of candidates in second phase increases your rank would also increase. This would be your rank in common rank list. We don't have category rank right now as the second phase has not yet conducted.
