This is a very good score that you should be aiming for. This score will surely yield you a rank in the top 1000. Maybe somewhere around 700–900. Though rank may get affected by factors like number of applicants fill the form, number of applicants finally appeared in the exam, number of questions asked in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, performance of the candidate, previous year's cut offs trends. But as you board percentage plays a big role in calculation of ranks in KCET and you got a good percentile in 12th boards so it may help you in boosting your rank.
