So, going by the formula,( 100- percentile)*869010/100 , wherein 869010 is the totap number of candidates who appeared in the exam, your approximate rank will be between 986 and 1316, which is a good rank and you can expect good government colleges with this rank.However, cutoff changes every year depending upon the difficulty level of the entrance test, the number of candidates appearing in the test and the category of the candidates etcetra.

Analysing the previous year trends, with 250 marks you can get a rank of 1500 approximately, which is too good. This will be your All India Rank. You can easily appear for JEE Advanced, or get good colleges with JEE Main rank.
