As Germany has two types of universities first one is Public and the other one is private. So if you go for Public universities then the fee is very less- approx 500 euro per year whereas Private universities are expensive Euro 3000-20000.

Note : The above mentioned fee is just the university fee but there would be other charges as well like residential, academic charges etc.
