It is difficult to know for sure as to what will be the cutoff for veterinary colleges as it depends upon many factors, like number of candidates, etc. On the top of it admission to only 15% of the total veterinary seats will be given through NEET 2018 scores. 

Coming to your question, we can estimate this on the basis of previous year scores. Last year, the last rank from unreserved category to get admission in B.V.Sc. was AIR 12,207 with marks equivalent to 545 (out of 720).
