Hello dear
Currently it is impacting the 2020 jee, as you can see that the exam is delayed by more than 3 months and it may be extended depending upon the further conditions.
And yes of course it will effect next year exam also because we will be having exam in January 2020 and for this the registration starts nearly in August - September . But due to the current year schedule , the registration date will also extend and also exam dates and there is one more problem I. E. Many students are not able to take online classes , so their syllabus and preparation is very much effected from this.
Hope this all tough situation will end soon otherwise it will directly impact the results and students.
Good luck
The conduct and process of IIT JEE 2021 wouldn't affected much by the COVID-19 situation if hopefully it ends by July-August.
It's impact would definitely be on the students as they would be unable to attend classes fully at their schools and coaching centers that might affect the syllabus completion and may cause lack of practice, in that case the students should impart more self study, clear doubts through Online classes and keep practicing for their 2021 attempt.
