The Precisecut off of JEE Mains 2019cannot be declared right now but you can still have an idea about what the expected cutoff for this year is. This will not only help you with the preparation but will also give you an idea about the chances of getting admission in the desired college.

The cut off of JEE Main 2018 was 74 (general), 45 (OBC), 29 (SC) and 24 (ST). From the year 2019, there will be two exams for JEE Main 2019, therefore the cut off can either increase or decrease depending on the normalization procedure of NTA. However, it is likely to be around these numbers only.
