Since you are appearing for your 12th standard boards' exam in the month of March so that is only the 'month of appearing' that you should enter while registering yourself for the examination.

If March is not there in one of the options then you can try putting February or try to register later but do keep in mind the last date of registration for JIPMER 2019 is April 12.
