Your rank actually depends on your percentile. There are any factors that affect your percentile, such as the number of students that obtain marks more than you, the difficulty level of examination and many more. No one can perfectly predict the rank or percentile.
But if we consider an average by taking into consideration results till now, then if you obtain 150 marks in JEE Mains then your percentile will be in the range 90 - 95 and you will have a rank in the range 21000 to 31000.
With this rank you can surely appear for JEE Advanced for admissions into IITs and you can hope for any NIT as well.
