Keeping in mind cut offs vary from year to year, I would suggest you to target for 460+ to get a seat via AIQ, or target for 400+ to get a seat via State Quota.

The previous year cutoff in UP for SC are in between 380 to 420 among the different colleges. So, if you want to safe score to secure a government college for MBBS in UP then you have to score 430 to 450 marks in NEET exam.
