In order to get eligible for appearing in NEET exams you need to choose physics chemistry and biology as your primary subjects along with English then only you can apply for NEET exams as it is  a medical field strictly for MBBS ,BDS,BHMS,BEAMS,BUMS . And along with that you have to make sure that you score a minimum of 50% marks in your 12th standard if you belong to general category,40% if SC/ST/OBC and 45% if PWD
