In previous year, the closing rank for round 1, sc category for 85% quota was 148133 so as per this much rank the safest score would be approx 320 so if you are in this zone or 10 marks less than it then you could be in the safe zone. You can judge by the given information how low it could be for 2 round

It can not be predicted before the conduction of round 2 counselling of West Bengal.  As no one knows how many scored students have participated in the second round of counselling. 

but on a predication it will be about 390+ marks for mbbs under state quota of West Bengal for school category.
