BSC biotechnology cutoff depends on HSC boards examination only, so each colleges have different cutoffs. Some of the top colleges have cutoffs around and above 85-90% while others have in the range of 70% and above. Some Colleges are also available which have even fewer cutoffs.

So your basic target should be getting into a best BSC biotechnology college and that's possible if you get more than 82-85%.
