Hello Dear

See there is not any type of Percentage cuttoff for writing the JEE mains. Since you are a diploma holder graduate yeah definitely you will be eligible to write the JEE Advance and based upon your marks you will be able to get the seat in the IIT and for that you have to qualify the Cuttoff marks based upon your category in the JEE mains entrance exam and based upon that your AIR rank in the JEE Advance will play the vital role inorder to capture the department in IIT premises.
