To get admission in B.Pharm 2nd year by lateral entry after completing D.Pharm, you must have passed with atleast 50% marks in your diploma. Some universities conduct their own entrance exam for admission in B.Pharm courses and some colleges accept admissions on the basis of marks scored in state level pharmacy entrance exam.
