I would say getting a job after completion of B.Pharma is little tough if you are not okay with sales and marketing profile so it would be better if you complete your M.Pharm as well because if you are interesed in research related field then M.Pharma or Ph.D would be required. But in case, you want to go for job directly after completing bachelors in pharmacy then below mentioned fields are open for you -

Scope of B. Pharmacy in government sector- Drug Inspector, Pharmacist in Govt Hospitals.

Scope of B. Pharmacy in private sector - Pharmaceutical Marketing, Production/ Manufacturing Sector, Medical Devices and Quality Control.

Self Employment Opportunities - Pharmaceutical company and you can get license and start your own business as well.

Even if you want to go for higher studies then there are many options available like MBA, MS, Ph.D, LLB as well.
