hi shaina, i would advise you to start solving full paper as soon as you have atleast gone through all the 3 subjects atleast once, i will tell you how to prepare ideally,

Physics and chemistry- physics is considered one of the toughest subject for medical aspirants, but very interesting. choose any good book of your convinience, there are plenty of good books as many mentioned already. read the concepts thoroughly, understand them cover to cover, if you have doubts, clear them then and there. solve atleast 300 to 500 questions per chapter, check ,analyse and rectify your mistakes. solve again. the more you solve the merrier.initially you wont be getting many correct answers, but as you keep on doing am sure you will see your score rising. solve previous question papers too

Biology- in neet around 300 marks are from ncert text book itself, thats how it was when i gave my exam, so u need to thorough ncert first and then read any good book of your choice and solve as many questions as you can, always stay calm , cool and confident, hope this helps good luck buddy

Hello Shaina
I think around 3 months of practice before you are final Neet examinations as regard to MCQ mock examinations is fine enough
Because MCQ practice does not begin from just the three months before an examination and you must have been solving different MCQs as you were learning the chapters and familiarising yourself with the different facts and formulae across physics, chemistry and Biology
However to face the questions from different chapters across the 3 subjects in a mix as they asked in the examination proper, you need to be appearing for the smoke examinations which are not only help you with the time management but also the question selection skills so that you can minimise your negative marking and maximize your positive score so as to get the best friend possible out of any examination paper
When you are doing your regular practice I would recommend that you dedicate around 6 to 10 hours a day with half the time dedicated to biology, and usually start the day with solving numericals and key Biology for Mid Day comma after taking some rest in the evening go for the chemistry parts
And while you're doing the MCQ examination try to complete the biology and subsequently the chemistry within one and half hours so that you can dedicate the rest of the time to revision and attending those questions which you couldn't do it first attempt and also solve all the physics numericals with a calm brain
Hope this helps, thank you

Once you've completed revising your syllabi for the examination, practicing a full length paper after that will be ideally fruitful.
However, make sure you begin doing so atleast 2-3 months before the final examination so that you get habitual to solving full length papers.
