Integrated course will be good for you. You can choose any of the both as per your interest. For Integra part you will upgraded to higher studies. This will give a place to use your learning in work. That will improve your skills and will be a addon.
You want to study aboard that is a good thing. For that many hard work is to be done. So prepare accordingly. Minimum percentage is 60%. If you have good percentage then you can go for it.
