Dear Arun, it is not individual marks that are taken into consideration. The over all aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology should be 50%. This 50% is for General Category. It is 45% for PWD and 40% for.OBC,SC,ST. So even if you just passed in Physics but scored top in Chemistry and Biology, as long as you have surpassed or hit the 50%/45%/40% according to your Category, you are eligible for NEET.
