After declaration of TNEA rank list ,you need to login to its official site and check your name in rank list.And also eligible for other factors like caste ,reservation,marks obtain in 12th.you will receive the call letter prior to counselling post.Counselling will be done in between 3rd uly -28th of july.I hope it helped.
