If you qualify for EWS reservation and want to claim EWS reservation benefits, you need to select EWS Category in the NEET application form. If you are a minor, the certificate should also have either of your parents' or local guardians name on the certificate along with yours. For example, it should say Mr. Keshav Bansal, s/o. Mr. Ajit Bansal.
