Hello Aspirant,

See income certificate can be issued on your name and for this you don't need any income proof because for this you can use an income proof of your parent's. Some relevant documents need to be submitted at your nearest Common Service Centre for Income Certificate on your name. Those documents are :-

• Your AADHAR card issued by UIDAI
• Two photographs
• A declaration issued by the local head of your area if you don't have ITR (Income Tax Return)/any other proof of income.
