Hi. You haven't mentioned about which exams are you referring to. JEE Mains counseling had already begun on 9th October whereas for NEET dates hasn't been released yet. It is still showing that they will be announced soon. I am attaching the link below so that you can keep a watch at it.

Haryana NEET counselling 2020 began from the third or fourth week of October 2020. Haryana NEET 2020 counselling will be conducted by Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, on behalf of the Department of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Government of Haryana.
