Yes you are eligible to give Neet exam after 12th. Candidate must have passed 12 or they are appearing for 12th with physics , chemistry and Biology as their subject. Candidate should be of of 17 years till 31st December 2020. There is no maximum age limit, you can give this anytime. There is no maximum limit to give this exam you can give this as much time as you want.

NEET is a national level examination for the Medical courses in various colleges across India. In order to be eligible for NEET examination, you just need to clear your 12th class with PCB subjects as well as you need to be of 17 years of age to appear in the examination. So you can appear in the NEET examination directly after your 12th boards in the same year , if you are 17 years of age.
