Dear Khasim, NTA jasnt released any official notification regarding implementing EWS reservation in NEET. As of now, the Medical Colleges have sent proposals as how to incorporate EWS reservation in their respective colleges. Once MCC goes through the proposals and takes a call, may be that is when EWS reservation will come into force. It might or might not happen this year. But to be on a clear note, please keep an eye on the official website for more information.

Dear Sir / Ma'm, the EWS category has been implemented from this current academic year. All the detailed information on how to apply for it and what exactly the criterias will be will be stated by the NTA once the results for the NEET UG 2019 are out. The result is slated to be declared on the 5th of June, as of now.
