Hey Guddu, you need to submit your obc-ncl certificate at the time of counselling and at the college for verification.You also need to submit income certificate for obc-ncl stream for counselling purpose.Both are necessary at the counselling time so make sure you have them otherwise you may not able to get a seat under obc-ncl stream.
