Since you have not mentioned the name of application form which you are filling, so it is quite difficult to guide you with an accurate information but for application number. generally application number is sent to the candidate's registered e-mail ID and on his/her Phone number through SMS so you can check out your e-mail ID and SMS inbox for the application number. Also make sure you must have registered carefully with correct number and e-mail ID because if that details are incorrect then you must not have received your Application number and in this case you should fill up a new application form with correct details.
