Do we need permanent registration number while filling up of the application form? I haven't got my registration number and card from my state council.

Hello,
In case of not having permanent registration, candidate with provisional registration certification issued by DCI or State Dental Council (SDC) by March 31, 2020 too are eligible for NEET MDS, in addition to having passed BDS as well as having completed 12-month compulsory rotatory internship by aforementioned date.
So, you are eligible even if you've provisional registration number.
