Please use this link http://www.ipu.ac.in/Contact_Us.php for your reference. Contact the ipu administration and inform them about this. Use the helpline numbers given in the website.

The exam centers generally for IPUCET are https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/ipu-cet-exam-centres . KIndly contact the numbers 011-25303170, 01125302167 given in website and if possible use the mail too.
