Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 and resulting lockdown the dates for registration and filling of application forms have been postponded.
According to the latest information, the last date to fill the application form for Common Aptitude Test for English (CATE) is July, 2020 and the exam will be in August, 2020.
I would suggest you to keep a frequent check on the offical website to be updated with the latest information regarding this.
