The state counseling majorly happens after the All India Counseling as the seats which remain vacant in the All India Counseling are reverted back to the 85% state quota.

The dates for Karnataka State Counseling is not declared yet. Three round have been decided to be conducted for admission into different seats under State quota.

I will suggest you to keep on checking the karnataka official website to be acknowledged onces the dates are out.
