1. When Will Counselling Start?
KCET counselling is likely to begin in the third or fourth week of June 2025 . The official schedule will be published on the KEA website , so keep an eye out for updates.

2. Who is Eligible?
If you've qualified in KCET 2025, you're eligible for counselling. There’s no minimum score cutoff —as long as you have a rank, you can participate.

3. Clause A Candidates – What to Do?
If you fall under Clause A (Karnataka students), document verification is mandatory . You’ll need to visit a KEA center in person with your original documents.

Documents to Carry:

• KCET Admit Card & Rank Card

• Class 10 & 12 Marksheets

• Study Certificate

• Aadhar Card

• Caste & Income Certificate (if applicable)

• Other certificates (like Kannada Medium, Rural, NCC, etc.)

4. Counselling Process – Step by Step:

• Step 1: Document Verification
  Go to your assigned KEA center, verify documents, and collect the secret code.

• Step 2: Online Option Entry
  Use the secret code to log in, register, and choose your preferred colleges/courses.

• Step 3: Mock Allotment
  KEA will give a trial allotment to help you adjust your choices before the final round.

• Step 4: Final Seat Allotment
  Check your result, pay the fee, and report to your allotted college to confirm the seat.
