The opening date of MBA academic year in MS Ramaiah college of arts and science has not been publically anounced. However , if you have obtained a seat for MBA in that  college, the institution will respond you either by post or mail about the commencement and regulatory actions about the college. therefore do not worry about it. The academic year will most probably commence only after the counsellinf process is over.
