Dear Sir/Ma'm, if seats remain vacant after the mop-up round, then a stray vacancy round will be conducted by BHU in offline mode. Candidates who will be allotted a seat in the first round of counselling are advised to report to the allotted college to take admission. After the second round of counselling, candidates allotted a seat will not be allowed to leave the seat. If they do then the refundable tuition fees will not be refunded and will not be allowed to participate in the further admission process.  The mop up round will end on 26th May, 2019. Therefore further news on stray vacancy can be told after that.
