Hii,

NEET exam will be conducted on May 5,2019.The result for the particular exam will be announced after one month i,e June 5,2019.It will be available on official website.we can download the score card .The score card consists of All India Rank,overall and sectional marks and percentile.
All India merit list will be prepared by NTA which consists of names who are qualified in the neet exam and their corresponding Ranks.

To get the state wise rank one should get more than or equal to the specified category wise neet marks corresponding to the given percentile.Those candidates are eligible for the state rank wise list. The state wise ranks will be released by the state authorities after june 5.

I apologize you raghu.I over looked the word PG and thank you for reminding me.As the PG results were already declared ,the state ranks will be released by the state authorities soon.The state counselling authorities will release their own merit by using the PG merit list.The mode of releasing the merit list will be online but the candidates will not be intimated separately about the release of merit list.
