The certificate can produced after jee adv results at the time of admission.There is no necessity to produce it at the time of applying.

But you have to submit a self-attested copy of the certificate in the portal while applying for jee adv exams.

If you are applying this year the certificate must be on and after april 01,2019.

Self attested copy means you have to first take a xerox of the certificate and have to put your signature in it.
