Dear student, for getting MBBS course in India in any of the colleges, you must register for Neet entrance exam first. The registration for NEET UG 2020 begins in the first week of November 2019 and the last date will be till the end of November. If you wish to get admission into AIIMS, you will have to register separately for that.
