For MBBS 2019 admission when I can register in the MCC?

Dear Sir/Ma'm, the counseling portal will be opened by the MCC once the results for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test are out. Based on that you will be required to fill out your choices of various medical colleges across India, and according to the seat availability and your rank, you will be allotted seats.
