Online registration for HSTES BTech First counselling shall commence from 9th October to 13th October and the second one will start from 21st October to 24th October, you need to visit the official website at www.techadmissionshry.gov.in to pay for the registration fees, and later sign up for the process by submitting the relevant details, uploading the requisite documents, filling and locking of choices, later on the results of seat allotment will be mentioned on the official website.
