BSc need not to be done before or after MBBS. Both BSc and MBBS are UG level courses. Instead you can go for post graduation

BSc is a UG course and can be applied in after 12th class. Again MBBS is a competitive exam and again after 12th it has to be applied in.

But the difference is MBBS is a complex and professional course to become a doctor that too licensed whereas after Bsc you cannot become a doctor.
You will have to your interest and decision wisely.
