MBBS admission procedure in private colleges  initiates the national level of examination called NEET. After clearing the entrance examination, a merit list will be prepared on the basis of the score secured in the entrance examination. Then according to your marks and cutoff you can take admission in private colleges. You can't take admission to any private college without the declaration of result. So be patient and wait for the result.
