As per the status of the official website pertaining to admission of undergraduate courses, on 27th August in an official notification it was notified of the publication of the results of ug courses by 9th September, however on 30th August it was stated of being temporary suspended but  in another notification dated 3rd September it was informed of admission process being resumed, though there is no official announcement made till now regarding the exact details, you can stay updated at the official website at https://visvabharati.ac.in/adm21/index.html, and you can also refer the official notification made on aforementioned dates.
