GSVM Medical College, Kanpur was established in the year 1955. GSVM Medical College, Kanpur is the first medical college of Uthar Pradesh and is one amongst the five medical colleges to be established under the second five year plan. The institute offers admissions to undergraduate and postgraduate courses to the students in the field of medical science.
