You will be required to show your certificate on the day of verification on the verification centre. After the allotment you need to visit the verification centre to verify your documents whether they correct or not, or if you have any non certified documents.

In the verification centre they will ask for each and every document you put in during the counseling form submission. You should prepare a full file for it. Every document should be original. You have to go with call letter/hall ticket/ admit card of neet along with result or rank issued by CBSE. Date of birth certificate, classes 10th and 12th marksheets, 8 passport size photograph, provisional allotment letter generated online. Proof of identity and every other documents you put yes on during filling the form.
