Delhi University is likely to release its first cut-offs for undergraduate courses by 1st October in online mode, however few colleges like St Stephen's and Jesus & Mary College may release it earlier, some of the colleges offering BCom along with hostel facility in north campus are daulat ram college,ramjas college to name a few, you can follow our page at https://www.google.com/amp/s/university.careers360.com/articles/du-first-cutoff/amp for latest information pertaining to the cut-offs release dates.
