There is no exact date provided by the official website but according to sources it will get release in 3 to 4 days. I would suggest you to be regular active and check for the notifications of 7th cutoff on the official website of Delhi University.

The cutoff will be released for the seats left vacant after the 6th round of counselling at the University. As there is no exact date provided by the official website I cannot let you know about the exact date when it is going to be released.
