The University of Delhi has released the DU 2019 seventh cutoff on August 5, 2019, in online mode. The DU affiliated colleges have started releasing the seventh cutoff of DU 2019 on their respective official website. Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College is the first one to release its seventh DU cutoff 2019 list.

I'm pretty certain it's right around the corner, wait for a couple of more days. Also you have to make sure that you're actively checking their official website for updates regarding cut offs, courses, procedure and documents required. It'll be out soon, don't worry.
